About our accomadations

The Villa Belek Resort near the town of Belek situated 25 min. from Antalya airport.
The houses have 3 floors:
The top floor consists of a large bedroom, shower, toilet and exit to a large roof terrace.
The 1st. floor consists of 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath/shower and toilet. Access to a balcony from one of the bedrooms.
The ground floor consists of a completely furbished kitchen/dining area including dishwasher and a living room with access to the terrace and pool.

There is also a toilet on this floor and a washing machine.
All the rooms have air-conditioning.
We can arrange for baby beds/chairs if needed.
The house is 209 square meters with marble flooring, private parking and a satellite dish for television.
This is very high quality holiday accommodation in an area with approx. 300 days of sunshine each year.

In other words: An ideal Resort for your perfect holiday in Turkey.

Prices for renting a villa:

Prices per week. (max. 8 pers.)

Towels and bedding is included.
Cleaning after the stay is performed by renter. This can be provided ( Extra, € 60)
Electric and water is extra. Normal use of electric and water is € 25-40 a week.

Deposit is € 200 p/w and will be used as a confirmation for the reservation and as advanced payment for electricity and water.
Excess amount will be payed back after your stay.

(TIP: Do not leave the air-condition running during the day on the bedrooms.)

The main payment for the villa has to be settled minimum 1 month before your stay.
